It offers a two-year postdoc to be started during the fall 2020. The successful applicant will join the research activity of the DIMERS project members. There is no teaching duty.
The salary offered will be around 2200 euros per month depending on experience. We will also provide the postdoc with some travel money (around 1500 euros per year) and a laptop if necessary.
The candidate should have a strong background in at least one of the following subjects: probability theory, algebraic combinatorics, theoretical physics. His/her research interests should be related to dimer models at least in some of its aspects. Possible research themes include: determinantal processes, discrete differential geometry and complex analysis, integrable systems, statistical mechanics, conformally invariant stochastic processes.
